The Mission
The Mission
Join us for the 90th anniversary (1938-2028) at the largest Scout High adventure base in the world. No distractions. Just adventure.
Dates: ~June 17, 2028-~June 30, 2028 (Dates will be finalized late October of 2026)
Location: Philmont Scout Ranch, New Mexico
Coordinators: Adam Trombello and Paul Trombello
Cost: ~$3,000 per person
Prerequisite: Scouts must be the rank of First Class prior to departure and 14+ or completed 8th grade prior to departure.
Merit Badges: The attending Scouts will earn the following Merit Badges: Hiking, Camping, Backpacking, Orienteering, with the option to earn Physical Fitness (See Training Page)
The first 18 scouts and 6 adults to sign up on the Troop Website will be registered, so sign up now! Max capacity is 18 scouts and 6 adults (Adults may increase to 4 depending on amount of Scouts signing up).

December 1st, 2027: Payment 9 $250.00 per person
January 1st, 2028: Payment 10 $250.00 per person

Medical Forms Due; To prepare for our upcoming trek, all participants must submit two complete paper copies of the official Philmont-specific BSA Health and Medical Record (Parts A, B, and C) to 509 East Spring Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003. To ensure every crew member meets all safety standards ahead of time, these forms will be thoroughly reviewed by Kate Trombello, a Registered Nurse at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.*
