Location: Philmont Scout Ranch, New Mexico
Lead Advisor: Paul Trombello
Youth Coordinator: Adam Trombello
Cost: ~$3,000 per person
Prerequisite: Scouts must be the rank of First Class prior to departure.

May 1st, 2027: Payment 1 Due $250.00 per person
June 1st, 2027: Payment 2 Due $250.00 per person
July 1st, 2027: Payment 3 Due $250.00 per person
August 1st, 2027: Payment 4 Due $250.00 per person
September 1st, 2027: Payment 5 Due $250.00 per person
October 1st, 2027: Payment 6 Due $250.00 per person
October TBA, 2027: Shakedown Weekend Backpacking Trip (Requires Students to be Pulled Out on Friday)
November 1st, 2027: Payment 7 Due $250.00 per person
December 1st, 2027: Payment 8 Due $250.00 per person
January 1st, 2028-Medical forms due. 2 Paper Copies of Parts A, B, and C must be dropped off at 509 East Spring Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003. Medical records will be reviewed by Kate Trombello, a registered nurse at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to ensure everything is completed.
January 1st, 2028: Payment 9 Due $250.00 per person
February 1st, 2028: Payment 10 Due $250.00 per person
March 1st, 2028: Behavior and Safety Contract due. Please drop off two (2) physical paper copies with original handwritten signatures to 509 East Spring Ave, Ardmore, PA 19003. Please note that digital or electronic signatures cannot be accepted—both copies must be signed in ink.
March 1st, 2028: Payment 11 Due $250.00 per person
April TBA, 2028: Mandatory Shakedown Weekend Backpacking Trip (Requires Students to be Pulled Out on Friday)
June 17th-July 1st, 2028: Philmont 2028!
